? General Administration
1. Provid general administrative support to Manager/Team, including processing items requiring signature approval, routing documents for distribution, typing, filling, faxing, mail, document polishing, providing office supply, etc.
2. Assist with Manager/Team’s expense claims in a timely manner
3. Assist with the organising of internal training for new and existing staffs, as requested by Training Manager;
4. Respond to internal and external client requests in a professional and efficient manner
? Meeting Support
1. Coordinate Manager/Team’s schedule (calendar management) to help organize internal and external meetings.
2. Manage meetings, prepare agenda, logistics arrangement, write minutes, do follow up, etc.
? Travel
1. Organize all travel arrangements for your Manager/Team and visitors, including scheduling the room, ordering the ticket, and other support, ensuring they are set up properly.
2. Prepare reimbursements for travel.
? Event/Activity
1. Organize or coordinate activities such as participating to conference with the possible set-up of a company booth, organization of Satellite Symposium , and audio/visual equipment as well.
? Others
1. Execute in the most efficient way the various ad hoc missions to be entrusted to you.
