Role summary

职位概况

The Sales and marketing managerwill be focused on business development, technical sales and market research. Specifically the tasks will include:

销售顾问主要从事市场调研，业务发展和技术支持。具体任务包括：

· Identify potentially interesting customers and customer segments

· 挖掘潜在客户以及新的领域。

· Contact and visit potential customers and other relevant stakeholders

· 联系与拜访潜在客户

· Assess applicability of CWT technology to the waste water of selected sectors and customers

· 评估创源环保公司的技术对所选领域及客户污水的适用性

· Develop a marketing and sales plan for identified sectors

· 制定市场及营销计划

· Develop, together with the technical people and customer, a treatment solution and process lay-out for specific customers

· 协助技术人员和客户，制定技术方案和规划

· Support customer in understanding technology and addressing potential technical issues

· 帮助客户了解本公司技术并解答技术问题

Desired skills & experience

· Education background in chemistry, physics, environmental science or other technical topics

· 具有化学，物理，环境工程或相关技术领域专业的教育背景

· Experience with sales, business development and marketing

· 有销售、市场调研及相关领域的工作经验

· Entrepreneurial, creative, flexible and outgoing personality

· 具有创业创业精神及灵活、开朗的性格

· Ability to deal with customers

· 善于处理与客户的关系

· Fluent in Chinese

· 中文流利

· Good conversional English

· 能够用英语进行交流

Creative Water Technology is an Australiancompany that has developed a proven innovative Zero Liquid Discharge waste water and sludge treatment technology. CWT has started an office in Beijing to help addressing some of China’s most serious water pollution challenges.

起源于澳大利亚的创源环保拥有一种创新型的零排放的污水处理技术，目前已经在落户北京，并开始致力于中国严重的水污染问题，贡献其所特有的技术及产品。

The CWT equipment is, in many sectors the only technology that can remove and clean 100% of the water from highly polluted liquid waste streams, 97% of which can be reused, leaving behind dry solids which, in some applications, have commodity value. Our customers are across multiple industrial sectors. CWT China has started its local China operation end 2011 and is currently recruiting for multiple positions.
