Role summary

职位概况

The Chief Technologist will lead all technical and scientific aspects of the project management, sales process and R&D agenda. Specifically the tasks will include:

· Develop conceptual treatment solution for selected waste water treatment projects, that includes the CWT technology and complementary technologies

· Design and implement applied research programs to analyze the potential for using the CWT technology in certain applications

· 设计并执行研究课题，分析和研究CWT设备潜在的应用领域

· Support sales team on technical and scientific matters

· 为销售团队提供技术支持，包括废水数据分析、提供处理方案

· Explain our technology to customers and address any potential issues

· 帮助客户了解本公司技术并解答技术问题

· Conduct literature study to compare various treatment solutions

· 针对不同解决方案，进行产品资料编译研究工作。

· Support in determining the strategy of the company

· 参与公司决策的制定

Desired skills & experience

所需技术和经验

· Master’s or PhD in chemistry or physics or related field

· 化学、物理或相关专业硕士或博士学历

· At least 3 years of work experience in a leading technical role, that included project management and implementation and customer interaction

· 拥有至少3年主管技术岗工作经验，包括：项目管理和运行，及与客户沟通

· Good understanding of waste water treatment processes, preferably including the Industrial sector

· 了解中国污水处理过程和实践，最好包括工业污水处理

· Entrepreneurial, creative and flexible to do multiple tasks

· 具有创业精神并能灵活处理多重任务

· Ability to deal with customers

· 能够与客户良好沟通

· Fluent in Chinese

· 中文流利

· Good conversional English

· 能够用英语进行交流

Creative Water Technology is an Australiancompany that has developed a proven innovative Zero Liquid Discharge waste water and sludge treatment technology. CWT has started an office in Beijing to help addressing some of China’s most serious water pollution challenges.

起源于澳大利亚的创源环保拥有一种创新型的零排放的污水处理技术，目前已经在落户北京，并开始致力于中国严重的水污染问题，贡献其所特有的技术及产品。

The CWT equipment is, in many sectors the only technology that can remove and clean 100% of the water from highly polluted liquid waste streams, 97% of which can be reused, leaving behind dry solids which, in some applications, have commodity value. Our customers are across multiple industrial sectors. CWT China has started its local China operation end 2011 and is currently recruiting for multiple positions.
