Roles and Responsibilities:
Channel Structure Management – Supports and partners with BU in channel strategic planning, review and validate business cases of channel deployment etc., to drive business team closer to the customers to accelerate in market sales growth fundamentally 10%
Distributor Management– Be responsible for distributors’ recruitment/ change/ termination process, and dealer life cycle management. Facilitate distributor termination process like inventory, instruments handover, AR and IMI/IMS data, account close etc. Provide support and coordinate SNN policy instruction and compliance, Supply Chain, Quality management training for distributors 30%
Channel Operation Management – Facilitate new TSA sign off, renew TSA sign off and TSA changing process within company for approach more smoothly sign off before deadline, Tracking RBD sales order, payment and sales forecast. Facilitate RBD’s credit limit between BUs and Finance team 20%
Channel Performance Management – Review RBD performance via AR, sales in & out, IMI management, instrument management and logistic support etc. 15%
Communication and engagement with Key distributors - Support BU in distributor performance management, especially for Key distributors daily engagement, communication and capability development 15%
Others – Support BU to ensure the channel compliance, contribute in TPS related projects 10%
REQUIREMENTS
Experience 8 years +
Technical requirements Solid commercial / channel management experience (or sales) in Device (preferred) or Pharmaceutical industry, more understanding of the market potential opportunity and challenging, has ability to communicate with different types of customers and handle urgent project quickly.
Be familiar with the operations with distributors; master the key points of distributor management, understanding the distributor life cycle management, channel plan, channel compliance and Key distributor management.
The channel development/ sales experience will be a plus.
Competencies Ethics and integrity, enthusiasm, strong communication capability and interpersonal skill, proactive thinking, objective and practical working attitude.
able to travel and work under pressure, team player, quick learner, MS office, English
