职位描述：
Summary:
We are looking for a position to handle Receiving Country accounts including large relationship accounts.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities
1. With advanced knowledge of underwriting processes, fully conversant and works on multiple lines of business using multiple tools and references.
2. Collaborates with overseas producing underwriters or underwriting services colleagues to clarify policy terms and conditions.
3. Communicate with brokers and customers to conclude the policy.
4. Actively participate in developing and executing account servicing solutions (e.g. subsequent transactions including endorsement, cancellations, reinstatements & adjustments, billing & collections and contract services) as needed to support unique customer needs.
5. Responsible for the new business, renewal and endorsements process for highly complex business or large relationship customers.
6. Perform policy quality assurance review and lead one or two team-wide business management tasks.

Qualification / Experience
1. Bachelor degree with at least 3-5 years Insurance working experience.
2. Proficiency knowledge of Insurance Operation.
3. Quick learner
4. Good English in both oral and written
