1、本科学历，若能力强，可适当放宽；
2、熟悉所在区域，工作五年以上，甲方背景；
3、做到管理职位，投资研判能力强，在当地有一定的人脉资源；（是不是外地人不重要，关键是要近5年在当地做过，熟悉当地市场，有当地人脉资源。）（同时具备人脉和投资研判能力最佳）
4、有非招拍挂的住宅项目成功案例。
