职位描述

Major Responsibilities:

1. Develop and support enterprise scientific applications for Pharm R&D.

2. Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical solutions.

3. Customize and configure vendor software and implement solutions via software development and scripting.

4. Perform operation data import and updates.

5. Design and perform tests and debug at system level.

6. Understand the requirements from documents, clarify the questions via email and teleconference.

7. Support global users, and able to work independently.

8. Support through ticket system for user request all over the world.

9. Track issues and communicate with vendors and the teams.

10. Provide scientific software support to the local lab.

Qualification:

11. MS degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific disciplinary.

12. Experience in support enterprise scientific applications and hands-on skills on computer technology.

13. Strong passion for knowledge and demonstrated self-learning and problem solving capabilities.

14. Strong organizational and analytical competency with interpersonal skills

15. Fluent and effective in verbal and written English communication.

16. The ability to communicate technical information in a non-technical language to users

17. Broad knowledge on n-tier application design, network performance, Oracle PL/SQL, other scripting languages
