JOB TITLE: Senior Business Systems Analyst

DUTIES
? Analyze, model and document current-state and future-state business key processes of IPGB, by benchmark IPGP/IPGL , taking China unique business requirement – tax, invoice, banknote, etc, then implement at full scale at ERP system
? Understanding business process , catching up business process improvement opportunity as result of team work, and able to implement to system
? Navision system upgrade, data migration, and adding new modules
? Implementing sales force and service max system in China
? System routine maintenance, trouble shooting, reporting, day to day application support to whole IPGB, and possibly to other IPG companies in Asia.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or a related discipline
? 6+ years of experience in an IT business analytics role leading teams and business solutions analysis projects
? Demonstrated business analyst work with large scale applications that may include CRM and ERP solutions, at MNC environment
? Solid foundation in project management methodologies
? Strong experience with MS SQL Server (T-SQL, SSIS, & Reporting Services/BI)
? Strong report writing experience using MS SQL SSRS
? Strong experience with MS Excel, Word, Visio, Project
? Experience with MS .NET and MS Web technologies IIS, Web Services, SOA
? Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in discovering customer business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements.
? Ability to analyze complex systems, and troubleshoot and isolate system issues.
? Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks
? Ability to influence at all levels of the organization, inside China and outside China
? Ability to work independently as well as work in a team environment
? Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fluent English speaking
? Exceptional customer service skills.

? Analyze, Document, Prioritize key processes of IPGB(customer order fulfillment, internal purchasing, inventory) – current state, future state, by benchmarking process of IPGL/P
? Navision update to new version
? Service module implementation
? Sales force implementation at smaller base ( 5 to 6 people)
? New expense system Go Live
? Service max implementation
