职位描述

- For our Industry Sector in BEIJING, we are looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive.


What are my responsibilities?

- Maximizes revenue through the direction and coaching of Sales Executives on Strategic Named Accounts, 'key' Vertical Markets and Mid-Market Sales Representatives through the creation and management of a team strategy.

- Ability to understand/articulate and align customer strategy with COMOS solutions independently and ability for C-Level Sales.

- Ensures sales goals are met within organization strategies.

- Team player who is able to maintain coordination with integral organization functions.

- Responsible for renewing, up-selling, and closing of maintenance/service/license contracts to a specific region or account.

- Increase renewal sales for assigned region or account(s).

- Demonstrates knowledge of the organization’s various products and maintenance contracts.

- Educate customers on business practices and associated contractual implications.

- Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements.

- Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements.

- Maintain account team relationships and transfer leads as appropriate.

- Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.

- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.

- Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.


What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor Degree or above from recognized University
- At least 5 years’ sales experience including 3 years in selling enterprise software solutions to multi-national companies as well as local Chinese companies with successful track record.
- Strong business acumen and Customer relationship management
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill
- English Skill in written and spoken form min. level 6
