Responsibilities:
? Establish and maintain close relationships with key TOEFL stakeholders (including Overseas Studies Consulting Agencies, International High Schools and Test Prep Schools);
? Organize appropriate follow-up activities and events in conjunction with key TOEFL stakeholders;
? Represent ETS China in conferences, high-stakes presentations and business development meetings;
? Evaluating of new ideas and opportunities brought to management’s attention by key TOEFL stakeholders;
? Supporting other business development projects of ETS China and business partners.
Experience and skills:
? Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development / Sales & Marketing;
? Well-developed networks in training and education industry;
? Successful track record working at least as a mid-level manager in at least one of the following in China:
1. Overseas Studies Consulting Agencies,
2. English Language Training or Test Preparation Schools.
? Experience working with decision makers and senior executives in Overseas Studies Consulting Agencies, Middle and High Schools, and Private Training Schools;
? Experience negotiating with Partners;
? Good problem solving and strategic thinking skills;
? Strong program management and communication skills;
? Experience/ Certificate of teacher of English as a second/ foreign language desirable;
? Frequent travel availability in China;
? Organizational skills, flexibility, taking responsibility, project management, and being able to work in a dynamic team;
? Knowledge of the Chinese education system and K-12 educational system would be a valuable asset;
? Bachelor Degree (English Language Major preferred);
? Experience/ Certificate of teacher of English as a second/ foreign language desirable;
? Near-bilingual English-Mandarin required;

? 主要负责与TOEFL产品的关键合作伙伴(包括外资培训机构,语言培训学校,国际学校及考试培训机构等)建立并维护紧密的合作关系;
? 与TOEFL产品的关键合作伙伴合作组织相关市场推广活动;
? 代表ETS China参加会议,高利害考试行业报告会议及项目合作发展会议;
? 评估合作伙伴及利益相关方在项目管理方面提出的新想法和机会;
? 协助并支持ETS 中国其它业务发展项目及相关合作伙伴;
职位要求:
? 五年以上市场推广,渠道开拓或销售经验;
? 具备与合作伙伴谈判的能力和经验;
? 拥有成熟正规的培训教育行业的人际网络;
? 具备在至少一家以下机构的中层管理职位的经验,1)外资教育咨询机构 2)英语语言培训或考试培训机构;
? 拥有大学本科以上学历,英语专业优先;
? 具备中国教育系统和 K-12教育系统相关知识者优先;
? 拥有英语教师资格证书或相关经验者优先;
? 具备较强的中英文沟通能力;
? 具备较强的问题解决能力和战略思考能力;
? 具备较强的项目管理,活动组织及沟通能力;
? 具备较高的灵活度,责任心,能够在快速变化的环境中工作;
