职位描述：
ESSENTITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

？ Increase China sales and market share in line with the business units and division strategy within the designated and strategically targeted markets.
？ Develops strong OEM partnerships to win end users specifications.
？ Works with the Division/business units to create and execute product launch activity supporting new product growth, coordinate and facilitate training for Sales teams.
？ Active engagement with key division and group functions to provide Sales team feedback along with directions, advice, support and guidance on business issues.
？ Collect market feedback relating to competition, products, pricing, won / lost enquiries
？ Ensures that the agreed actions to support the country growth plans

QUALIFICATIONS:

？ Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in Engineering or related filed
？ MBA experience is preferred
？ Experience in consulting company will be an asset as well
？ More than 10-year working experience with 5-year in BD or related function
？ Experience with global team or project
？ Familiar with sensing technologies or industry
？ Strong capacity in execution and communication
？ Solid experience in management and leadership
？ Good team work and flexibility
？ Willing to take challenge and work under pressure
？ Availability on travelling (above 50%)
