职位描述：
Job Description
1. Manage the Flex tasks in China Node, to provide the stable and qualified service to the retail business in China and Japan market places as the defined tasks, continually improving the accuracy and cutting the response time.
2. Manage and control the operational cost to ensure the cost effectiveness, continually reducing the cost through productivity and headcount utilization improvement.
3. Cooperate with retail team to understand business requests or pain points, find solutions, resolve issues; Cooperate with retail team to find the opportunities to remove the operational tasks from retail team, reducing retail team’s time spent on the operational job.
4. Manage and develop the Flex team of China Node, to set up a sustainable growth organization with qualified people.
5. Develop the fundamental operation platform to support the sustainable growth of the retail business, with best service and effective cost, including SOP, Data, tools, and so on.
6. Coordinate with Global Flex team or RBS of other nodes, to implement global projects; to share the best practice with each other.

Basic Qualifications
1. 5 years above operation experience, 3 years above management experience.
2. Proactive, strong motivation to find issues and resolve issues.
3. Strategic thinking, systematic think, strong plan and execution capability.
4. Good at communication and influence.
5. Fluent English skill, written and spoken.
6. Bachelor degree or above.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Fluent Japanese language skill, written and spoken.
2. Solid experiences both in operation manager role and project manager role.

日语流利，英语流利，有管理operation团队（20人以上）的经验；
能够接受挑战和变化， 可熟练使用MS Office软件，尤其是Excel和Access，熟悉数据库（SQL，Oracle）。
