职位描述：
1、 根据品牌的风格和产品的价值定位，制定所负责订货季的故事板，并编写设计概念；
1. To establish the seasonal story pattern and prepare design concept according to the style and value orientation of the brand;
2、 制定开发产品的主题风格、颜色、面辅料种类；
2. To establish and develop the theme style, color and fabric & accessory sorts of the products;
3、 编制物料的开发计划；
3. To work out the material development plans;
4、 根据订货季的商品结构，监控完成当季服装的设计开发计划；
4. To monitor and complete the seasonal clothes design and development plan according to the seasonal merchandise structure;
5、 组织部门人员进行市场及潮流资讯的收集，并运用到设计中；
5. To organize the members of this department to collect information on the market and the trend, and to use the information collected into design;
6、 审核产品设计的板型效果；
6. To review the pattern design of products;
7、 复核订货板与产前板；
7. To review the ordered patterns and the pre-production patterns;
8、 监督当季订货会的产品准备进度及完成订货目标；
8. To supervise the product preparation for the seasonal order placing meeting and the completion of the order placing objectives;
9、 订货会的讲解策划及组织执行；
9. To be responsible for introduction, planning and organization of the order placing meeting;
任职要求：
1、语言：英文、国语流利
1.Language: fluent Mandarin and English.
2、需具备海外留学经验，熟悉欧美服装流行趋势
2.Overseas study experience, familiar with European and American fashion trends。
3、熟悉并准确把握品牌主题及品牌风格，熟悉服装成本构成、工艺制作、运作、流程和操作规范，较好的服装潮流触觉和时尚美感，精通色彩学和服装搭配知识。善于捕捉产品、市场潮流资讯.
3.Being familiar with and being able to accurately grasp the theme and style of the brand, being familiar with clothes cost composition, production process, operation, flows and operation standards, having good sense in clothes trend and fashion, being expert in color and clothes matching. Being good at collect information on products and market trends.
4、很强的沟能、协调、统筹能力；善于发现问题，有良好的判断分析及谈判能力。
