Training and Development Manager
Objective of job
? Support business training management to build strong organizational competences. Identify and co-ordinate training literatures, models, and equipment for the planned training courses
? Identify training needs, develop and implement the training course;
? Assess, monitor and prepare report regarding the knowledge and skill evaluations before and after each training activities
? Assist to conduct and monitor Training Needs Analysis, Skill, Audit and other trainings
? Efficiently share coach and feedback best practices within the corporate
? Foster learning & sharing culture in marketing and Sales organization.
? Execute training projects within the organization including annual/circle meeting, change management, winning culture building, tailor-made programs for specific objectives.
Qualification
? ?+5 years of management experience in the training manager role from MNC
? Be able to drive and conduct coaching and feedback training programs.
? Deep understanding on Training methodology, tools and implementation.
? Strong leadership, influencing, communication and motivation skills.
? Good understanding of project management and change management.
? Fluent in both written and oral English
? Diligent, demonstrated analytical skills with attention to details
? Open-minded, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm and a wide range of general interests
? Excellent written communication skills and presentation (PPT) skills
? Ability to multi-task and work well under time constraints
