What Is CityWise Property Solutions?
CityWise Property Solutions is a real estate and relocation service that is re-thinking the way people relocate to Beijing (with more cities in the near future). We focus on a discriminating clientele that wants to reduce the stress of moving while also making the most of their new home. Besides just finding a new home, we offer exceptional services to enrich their lives, including connecting them with recreational and life-enhancing activities and social organizations. What Is a relocation consultant?
The relocation consultant is the face CityWise to the public and the manager of each client’s relocation experience. Relocation consultant make appointments to meet with clients and help them to source the best accommodation in Beijing. This might include picking them up at the airport, showing them around town, consulting with them about which neighbourhood to choose, helping them find a home, helping organize and oversee the actual move, recommending essential services they might need, helping them buy furniture and decorate their new space, and much more…
CityWise relocation consultant are problem-solvers, with a passion for the real estate industry who are proactive in anticipating clients’ needs and researching solutions. We are looking for all kinds of people, of all ages and genders, and with a variety of interests.
Relevant Skills

? Experience in corporate relocation
? Experience in real estate
? Experience in project management
? Experience in the hospitality industry
? Experience in sales or customer relations
? Knowledge of Beijing geography and resources

? Native Chinese speaker with additional foreign language
Requirements
Relocation consultant are the face of CityWise to the public, and, as such, must maintain a friendly, outgoing, helpful attitude always.
Essential skills include:
? Must speak English fluently

? Can-do attitude
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? People skills and a positive personality
? Commitment to fulfilling contracts on a project-by-project basis
? A college degree is required
