Job Descriptions:
A. Basic VM Standard Delivery
1 According to VM Manager's direction, in conjunction with VM supervisor(Back office) , guide field VM team to apply monthly VM directive and execute projects and seasonal programs.
2 According to Regional Manager' direction, in conjunction with VM manager, organize and execute field retail store visiting to ensure the store follow up the brand standard.
3 In terms of VM guideline, in conjunction with training manager, support and execute the VM training program for assigned region.
B. VM Calendar and Campaign Tool Execution
1 In conjuration with VM Manager and RM manager, implement a VM campaign calendar in field store level in order to support brand campaign.
2 Execute the field campaign setup by following with campaign direction from VM supervisor(back office) for assigned region.
C. Store Opening VM Input
1 In conjunction with VM Manager and supervisor, according to in-store visual procedure, plan and execute store opening process.
2 Coordinated with VM Supervisor (Back Office), plan and implement POS materials, mannequin, hanger, and etc. to execute retail store opening on time and in control of the budget
D.Cross-functional Communication
1 Set up efficient communication mechanism with clear responsibility between back office and regional office, the key window contact between sales channels and VM departments.
2 Under VM Manager's lead, establish the field VM team to build up strong regional field VM team.
People Requirements:
1. 5 years+ visual merchandising experience with sports brands or fashion retail brand
2. College degree above, major in Visual presentation, Art or Art design is preferred
3. Good design&art sense
4. Familiar with retail environment
5. Good communication skill
6. Good PC skills including Photoshop and Illustrator, art&design software
