Job responsibility 工作职责:
1. Responsible for overall sales performance by maintaining good relationship with the customer and developing new prospect to reach company goal. 全面负责与客户的销售,保持良好的关系,开发新的销售增长点,并达到公司目标。
2. Review market and formulate sales strategy to penetrate the custmer's account and gain market share for all of ST products across P&Ls. Ensure continuous Biz growth by success of new Design-in/win. 根据市场及时调整销售策略,争取更多的产品,以获得更多地市场份额, 确保业务持续增长。
3. Working with marketing team to implement promotion plan. 与市场团队合作实施促销计划。
4. Achieve Yearly Sales Plan/Budget. 完成年度销售计划/预算。
Job Requirement 工作要求:
1. Able to communicate & negotiate with internal and external parties and get works done. 能与内外部进行沟通和谈判,并做好相关工作。
2. Good understanding about Industrial applications and emerging applications and to raise the demand of application come from customers. 对工业应用和新兴应用有很好的理解,提高客户的应用需求。
3. Good understanding about business movement and development trend of customer/ applications and to grow ST business. 对客户/应用的业务动向和发展趋势有良好的理解,帮助公司业务增长。
4. Able to identify business opportunities and integrate ST into the growth engine. 能够识别商机并将公司产品融入到成长引擎中
5. Aggressive. Flexible. Positive mind-set. Team player. Work independent. 有进取心,灵活性强,积极上进。富有团队精神,能独立工作。
6. Good command of both spoken and written 英语听说能力强
