职位描述
1.Fully understand the recruitment plan and personnel requisition procedure.
2. Assists HRM to perfect recruitment and selection system.
3. Provide advice and administration on all matters relating recruitment and selection.
4. Conduct exit interview and generate the monthly report.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Human Resources ,business administration,or related subject.
2.At least 3 years experience in recruiting field,headhunter working experience is preferred.
3.Good communication skill.
4.Good in English both written and speaking.
5.Diligence,honest, detail oriented, able to work under pressure.
