职位描述：
Role Purpose
？ Responsible for developing and implementing communication plans to promote company brand and image;
？ Establish and maintain sound relationship with related key media companies and government;
？ Responsible for external communication and business related internal communication;
？ Manage the digital media such as websites and social media platform.

Key Accountabilities

? Plan and execute the events or activities in the region to promote the internal communications.
? External Press Release management to mark sure high quality press articles for media release.
? Support to build and maintain relationships with key government offices / organizations to develop company business.
? Support to build and maintain close relationship with media and manage social media sources for external promotion.
? Responsible for the handling of crisis with related functions to maintain good communication to public.
? Maintain and timely update the messages of official website of the company.
? Have regular communications with AP or Global internal communications team to align with them for relative projects.
? Responsible for developing and distribution of business related internal communication.
? Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
? Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
? Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.
? Actively consults and supports the management in all communication topics
? Other assignments from direct superior.

Personal Specification
? Bachelor in Communication and/or PR or related field of study or comparable educational / professional experience;
? More than 5 years related working experience (experience with communication agent will be a plus);
? Proven project management skills;
? Excellent spoken & writing skills in Chinese and English;
? Good word/excel/PPT skills;
? Self-motivated, diligent, open and eager to learn. 举报 分享
