* ChromatographyDataSystemsSpecialist
* Implements,troubleshoots,andmaintainssystems(e.g.,desktop, labsystems,laptops, remoteprinters,LAN,etc.)intheLaboratory environmentforTRD&IBP.
* Supports the Domain Business Partner to understand needs and propose innovative solutionstothebusiness
MAJORACCOUNTABILITIES InthescopeofCDS
* Responsible forthe secure operation of the CDS-Systems Chromeleon with +100 clients
* SinglePointOfContactforthecustomer andMember oftheCDSservicedesk:taking
careof1st,2ndand3rd LevelSupport (incident, problem, changemanagement, Root
CauseAnalysis,monitoringofinstruments,integrationofnewinstruments).
* Support thetestingandqualificationfornewsoftware-releasesandversions.
* Coordinatingtherollout ofnewreleasesandrollout ofnewsystems.
* Support forInstrument-Vendor
* Configuration-andchange-management
* LiaisewithApplicationManagerandthePowerusers
InthescopeofLabsupport
* SetupofLabhardware(Desktop,lab systems,printers,scanners,handhelds)following
Installation Qualificationscripts.
* Tracks,troubleshootsandresolvessystemsrelatedissues.
* Worksinaccordancewithapplicable SOPsandGxPrules.
* Providestechnicalsupport andguidancetoclientthrough consulting, teaching.
* Designsprocedures toprovidemoreefficientoperations andutilization.
* Analyzeequipmentproblems andtakecorrectiveaction.
* Mayparticipateintheevaluationofnewsoftwarepackagesandequipment
*Identifiesandspecifiestheapplicationand/orsystemrequirements
*Implementsandtestsprototypes
