职位描述：
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
Application
1、Be responsible for the maintenance of ERP system and ERP system secondary development and peripheral interface development.
2、Writing ERP demand technical documentation, carries on the system function test work and related training for internal users.
3、Responsible for ERP system summary design, system analysis, database design, coding, function test, etc.
4、Maintain and optimize the existing ERP software products, fast locate and repair the existing software defect.
Department and Employee Support
5、Cooperate with ERP project manager to establish and constantly improve the management system development process, to improve ERP system development and product knowledge base
6、Timely processing and eliminate ERP system failure, and find out problems point
7、Timely handle user questions, and record the relevant maintenance log, responsible for new staff induction training and mentoring.
Project Management and Change Control
8、Deliver projects on time through proper planning, making use of the available resources meet the customer expectations with good quality towards customer satisfaction
Vendor Support
9、Ensure all required hardware and software is current and maintained, under appropriate service contracts, and documented for business continuity
Information Back-up and Access Control
10、Formal procedure for user access management for ERP systems
11、Implement backup system & disaster recovery solutions for ERP systems.

Requirements / Qualifications
1、BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
2、 Syteline background is preferred.
3、Minimum 5 years’ experience in ERP, implementation and supporting in sales distribution, material management or finance module;
4、Strong experience in business analysis and project management;
Excellent problem solving/analytical skills with a high level of accuracy;
5、Ability to create clear and accurate documentation procedures and willingness to continually use and update documentation;
6、Fluent in Chinese as well as English written and verbal
7、Strong teamwork and customer-service orientation required.



Key Competencies:
1、 Proficient in MS-SQL\Oracle Database, familiar with SP, custom function, cursor, SSRS Reports development.
2、 Familiar with Microsoft.net framework, can use vb.net for development
3、 Familiar with ERP principles, best able familiar with Infor Syteline/BAAN system
4、 Liaises with users to ensure that the Database meets their requirements.
5、 Good communication and documentation skill
