主要任务/Mission:
提供solidThinking软件售前/售后技术支持，协助客户或代理商解决软件问题。
For solidThinking software before-sales and after-sales support, help customer or distributor to settle the problem

岗位职责/Responsibility:
1、能按要求完成solidThinking的技术支持工作，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
To fulfill the quantified solidThinking technical support task periodically，to handle and settle the tasks for which he/she is responsible independently;
2、负责solidThinking产品的售前/售后支持、产品演示、以及对案例的准备；
To be in charge of the before-sales and after-sales support, products presentations; prepare for benchmark
3、 与美国总部相关团队做好技术对接；
To do technical docking with America HQ team

任职要求/Requirements:
1、硕士学位，工业设计或平面设计相近专业；
Master, major in Industrial design or graphic design;
2、熟悉一种以上的通用工业设计软件如3DS Max、Rhino、alias等；
Be good at one of the ID software, e.g. 3DS Max、Rhino、alias;
3、 良好的中、英文能力；
Good spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
