工作职责:
1、负责所辖区域内教育机构客户的网络教学平台项目实施及客户服务工作,监督项目中各项内容的实施和执行,以及各项服务内容的全面落实;
2、负责所辖区域内客户的支持服务工作,针对客户网络教学平台使用情况,给予客户有针对性的问题解决方案或实施建议,帮助客户推进产品的应用;
3、负责为所辖区域内的客户提供客户关怀、回访、应用情况调查等主动服务内容,提升客户的满意度和忠诚度;
4、负责在所辖区域内配合公司市场活动的推广和开展。
任职条件:
1、大学本科以上学历,具有教育学或教育技术专业本科以上学历者优先考虑;
2、具有较好的计算机软件应用能力和较强的复杂应用软件学习能力。
3、热爱教育行业,具备较强的工作责任心,出色的沟通协调能力和培训能力;
4、具备较强的工作积极性和主动服务的意识,办事认真仔细;
5、具备良好的职业素养及团队合作能力;
6、具有教育机构教学或教学管理工作经验者优先考虑。
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.District client Blackboard adoption and customer service; supervise the execution of service items in the contract;
2.District client support; provide solutions and consulting to clients to enable them to adopt Blackboard product;
3.District client care, feedback collection and customer survey; improve client’s satisfaction and loyalty;
4.Provide standard or tailored Blackboard System Admin & Instructor trainings;
5.The promotion and sales of service products;
6.The support of market activities promotion in responsible districts.
REQUIRED SKILLS
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
3.Excellent Presentation skills、leadership;
4.With 2 year’s or above relevant working experience preferred;
5.High sense of responsibility and work effectively under pressure;
6.Experience of working in customer services or sales functions;
7.Good command of English(with CET4 or above diplomat);
8.Willing to travel.
