Position Responsibilities
Extractables Testing:
？ Perform Extractable validation testing accordance to SOPs;
？ Prepare and revise protocols, reports, SOPs and other documentations as necessary;
？ Be able to schedule, prepare and obtain necessary materials (well in advance) to conduct the test in a timely fashion.
？ Initiate aberrant results investigation procedure as required.
？ Handle equipment IQ/OQ/PQ and maintenance;
？ Conduct required calibrations and maintain calibration records.
？ Assist with self-inspection audits.
？ Make suggestions to improve test efficiency and process efficiency.
Extractables Certificate:
？ Prepare and revise Extractable Certificate as required;
？ Update global database as needed and report project status weekly.
？ Cooperate and communicate with project coordinator to ensure project on time delivery;
Other:
？ Lab consumable purchasing and waste disposal
？ Manage 5S, health, safety and environmental in extractable lab;
？ Assist with self-inspection audits as required;
Knowledge/Skill/Experience Requirements:
？ Bachelor or Master degree with 2-3 years experiences inof Chemical analysis job, major in chemical analysisin Chemical Analysis is preferred;
？ Very good Knowledge and experiences with HPLC, TOC, FTIR and GC-MS ,LC-MS etc. isare desirabledemand;
？ Good English communication skill of speaking and writing.
？ Good execution, integrity and teamwork are highly required. Be able to work under pressure and be passionate and self-motivated;
