岗位职责Responsibilities：
- 公司客户关系维护
- 会议、 奖励旅游项目操作及财务管理
- 协助团组领导完成全年指标以及日常业务工作

岗位描述Job Description：
- 做好客户日常项目沟通， 配合客户经理作好客户管理，了解客户对会务的需求
- 独立操作100人以下的单个活动
- 掌握公司SOP流程， 包括与客户确认会议需求，报价，竞标，会议前期的沟通和跟进，会议现场执行和协调工作。
- 有能力和第三方供应商和酒店等沟通、协调，并按照客户要求完成会后的结算流程和在规定时间内完成项目的应收账款。

任职资格Job Requirements：
- 综合能力强且有强烈的服务意识
- 有超强的责任心和工作抗压能力
- 沟通能力强
- 熟练操作EXCEL，PPT等办公软件
- 英语六级或以上
- 有两年及以上直销行业服务经验
