终端形象设计部经理—大型专卖店/店面/连锁店设计经验
工作职责：
- 负责公司多品牌形象的开发及旧形象的提升；
- 全国所有体验店空间设计，老店的改装设计思路、设计方向的二级审核；
- 能独立完成展厅/店铺效果图，施工图，积极协助设计师完成专卖店及新道具开发各阶段CAD，3D图纸；
- 负责展厅/店铺设计部的日常运作，团队管理，协调人员关系，负责员工队伍建设以及组织人员培训；
- 设计理念新式时尚，创意独特，触觉灵敏，对材料及施工工艺把握全面，能较好的带领团队完成店面内部项目设计方案；
- 协助营运部完成对门店装修和样品验收，并提报验收申请表，经核准后移交营运部。
职位要求：
- 八年以上品牌专卖店形象设计及工程管理从业经验；
- 较强的美术功底和前沿时尚触觉，独特的设计理念，有著名设计公司从业经验的优先考虑；
- 了解国内外品牌的流行趋势，熟悉店铺形象开发流程，对形象最终的呈现有较好的预见性；
- 熟练掌握3D Max，Auto-CAD，Project，Photoshop，Illustrator，Power point等相关设计软件；
- 具备良好的协调、有较强沟通及表达能力；
- 具有较高的职业素养、团队管理水平；
- 性格开朗、责任心强，能承受较大工作压力。
