Responsibilities:
1. Follow the design and decoration work of new stores; --40%
2. Follow the daily fixing work in back office and stores, make sure the work been done within 1 week; --15%
3. Manage the related documents, contracts and agreements of the stores; --10%
4. Collect information and prepare the papers work for the related dept., Chengguan, Commercial bureau, Fire dept. Property company etc; --15%
5. Work with the purchasing dept. for the related purchasing work of stores, furniture, lighting, door, etc. --10%
6. Other work assigned by the manager --10%
Qualifications:
1-3 years’ experience in retail business;
Basic knowledge of interior design and construction will be a plus;
Ability to analyze and evaluate information;
Experience of communicate within a team to delivery results;
Basic knowledge of budget management;
Basic computer and English skills,
岗位职责:
1. 跟进新开店铺的设计和装修工作
2. 跟进店铺和办公室的日常工作,确保在一周内完成
3. 管理店铺相关的文件,合同和协议等
4. 收集相关部门的信息和准备相关文件,如城管,工商局,消防局和物业公司等
5. 同采购部门协调沟通店铺需采购的物品,如家具,灯和门窗等
6. 领导分配的其它工作
任职资格:
1-3年相关的零售行业的经验
有室内设计和工程相关知识的优先考虑
具备分析和评估信息的能力
管理和控制预算的相关知识
基本的办公技能
可以用英语进行基本的沟通
