Responsibilities:

1. To perform routine diagnostic analysis in the medical laboratory;

完成医学实验室日常诊断实验

2. To analyze the routine results and perform the basic trouble-shooting;

分析实验结果，解决常见问题

3. To perform special diagnostic analysis under supervision of the laboratory supervisor;

在实验室主管的辅导下完成某些特殊的检测实验

4. To seriously implement the regulations and rules in the lab;

严格执行实验室的规章制度

5. To maintain equipment and instruments in the lab, following established procedures;

依据规程维护实验室的仪器设备

6. To participate in various forms of training activities organized by the company or the department;

参加公司和部门组织的各类培训活动

7. To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned from the supervisor or the department head.

完成其他上级交办的工作和任务

8. Independently fulfill clinical researches within timeline from trial set up to end of trial.

独立按时完成注册临床试验项目，从项目启动到临床试验总结报告的完成。

Requirements：

1. Medical college students majoring in clinical laboratory science, medicine or biology

大学生，临床检验，医学，生物或相关专业

2. Basic knowledge of the methods and techniques used in a medical laboratory

掌握基本的临床检验实验室实验方法和技术

3. Basic knowledge of laboratory apparatus and equipment

熟悉生物实验室的常规仪器和设备

4. Good oral and written English skills

流利的英文表达能力

5. Familiar with MS office, especially excel

熟练办公软件操作，特别是Excel

6. Integrity, high sense of responsibility and self-motivation
