职责:
1，挖掘及跟踪潜在高端客户
2，为客户提供市场行情，及分析未来趋势.
3，了解并熟知客户预期值，具体需求，搜集相关信息
4，协助上司完成办公楼租赁服务及整合资源
5，平衡，协调投资商及租客与业主关系，建立持久融洽的合作

要求:
1，专科以上学历，专业不限
2，热爱房地产事业，学习能力强，有咨询顾问或代理服务业相关经验尤佳
3，良好的理解力、表达力及沟通协调能力
4，有进取心，做事积极，性格果断
5，熟悉办公室软件，尤其善于EXCEL及PPT
6，有同行经验者优先
