Marketing Operations has evolved into an increasingly strategic role to ensure that marketing strategy is implemented effectively and efficiently. Regional Marketing Operations works in close collaboration with Regional Marketing Leadership and the Global Marketing Operations team. The Regional Marketing Operations Manager has four core responsibilities: lead management, reporting and analytics, marketing planning and budget management, and marketing process and technology.


Roles/ Responsibilities
1) Lead Management
a) Lead the sales & marketing handshake in the Regional Lead Council and identify and successfully complete opportunities for improving the leads process
b) Represent APAC in the Global Lead Council, providing recommendations for global process and technology changes, as well as driving adherence to global processes within the region.
c) Be escalation path between regional marketing and the Service Center to ensure adherence to correct data capture and processing.

2) Reporting and analytics
a) Ensure successful deployment of the global marketing measurement framework within the region with buy-in from regional stakeholders. Provide input from the region into the design of the global framework and ensure it is considered.
b) Lead the marketing results assessment process and make sure reports are actionable (eg. drive the creation of course correction plans). Align with counterparts in other regions and NIC on timing and content.
c) Ensure regional consistency and global alignment in reporting templates and communication to stakeholders within the region and NIC.
d) Provide analytics to enable data-driven decision making and improve marketing ROI.

3) Marketing planning and budget management
a) Manage the annual planning and budgetary process, in close collaboration with Regional Marketing Leadership, Regional Finance and Global Marketing Operations
b) Manage the regional budget on a quarterly base, ensuring spend to budget and visibility into marketing investments

4) Marketing process, data and technology
a) Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across the region. Strive for consistency in and adherence to processes within the region and globally, through alignment with counterparts in other regional and the Global Marketing Operation team
b) Lead or contribute to enterprise technology and process changes within the region and provide input on regional, cultural or legal challenges that affect successful deployment and ongoing management.

Minimum
? Applicants must possess a good work ethic, which forms part of our company values and be strong in the areas of the competencies of Contributing to Team Success, Continuous Learning, Customer Focus, Decision Making, and Driving for Results. In addition, have:
o A minimum 7 years of marketing experience
o A minimum of 3 years management experience
o A strong marketing including management of demand generation, sales enablement, leads management programs.
o A strong operational background including dashboard development, analysis and delivery, including using data from MAP, IT project management experience, including the rollout of related applications (MAP, MRM, SFA) to sales and marketing audiences
o A willingness to travel as some travelling is required
o A good command of English (both spoken and writ
