职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
？ Good understanding on Knit product components
？ Strong technical understanding of Knit production.
？ Sales follow-up and repeat management
？ Work with Brand Director, Design, Buying Manager and suppliers on sample developments
？ Make sure that salesman samples/development samples' quality are good
？ Make sure that salesman samples/development samples' deadlines are kept
？ Assure valid cost breakdowns
？ Follow up orders
？ Evaluate suppliers' performance timely
？ Control lead-times;
？ Control quality
？ Negotiate and implement supply agreements
？ Assist Buying Manager in generating sourcing strategy
？ Source, shortlist and pre-qualify suppliers
？ Optimize supply chain (suppliers and sub-suppliers)
？ Process optimization (internal and external)
？ Represent and communicate the Bestseller Code of Conduct
 
Qualifications:
？ You have strong knowledge in men's knit clothing industry
？ You can work independently
？ You have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
？ You have good English skills, both spoken and written
？ You can identify new trends of men's shoes and implement this in your work
？ You have a good commercial understanding and know the main trends within men's knit clothing.
？ You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in men's knit clothing industry 举报 分享
