Key Responsibilities

1）Leading the business development of MUP and its subsidiaries in China including :
Refining the strategy and business plan
Identifying key local partners
Developing local marketing strategy and associated material
Developing all other material necessary to market expansion
2）Conducting the local daily business including:
Customizing technical proposals from Europe for Chinese clients
Negotiating and executing local contracts
Managing the relationship to local partners / business providers
Managing the relationship to local clients

Requirements

At least bachelor’s degree in business / health business / English another field relevant to this business
At least 5 to 8 years of actual working experience in engineering projects related to the environments (waste / renewable energy, etc.)
Solid project management skills
Solid small team management skills (3-6 people)
Solid business sense and understanding of business metrics, including financials
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Chinese
Good understanding of the landscape of Chinese investors, more specifically real-estate, construction, infrastructure projects, industrial projects
Good understanding of industrial players in China, and of the bidding process for industrial contracts
Hard working and dedicated, willing to build a career and develop with the company

Huan De Future City Property (Shenzhen) Co., Limited, located in the Longgang District is an international real estate developer. The company was founded by Huan De Group whose shareholder is Tucher & Schmied Family. The project running by Huan De Future City is China European Future City (CEFC) which is located in the international low carbon city of Longgang District under the support of NDRC and Shenzhen municipal government. It is the pilot project under the EU-China Partnership on Urbanization.
