Job Summary
Provide Human Resources support for assigned unit/functional group regarding policies, procedures utilizing general knowledge of HR disciplines and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and statues. Develop, implement and communicate programs and policies which may include staffing, compensation, employee relations and training.
 
Key Duties & Responsibilities (in decreasing Critical Emphasis order)
1、Assist in developing HR performance metrics and execute programs, policies and procedures to employees at all levels of the unit/functional group that support the company’s HR strategic business plan;
2、Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvement in efficiency of department and services performed;
3、Resolve moderate employee relation issues and/or answer benefit/payroll related questions. Seek guidance from applicable departments or Human Resources Manager when necessary;
4、Participate in program revisions and/or lead project teams that support strategic planning initiatives;
5、Coordinate the staffing and recruitment process, including screening resumes from Job fairs, internet and, if needed, outside agencies and forward matches to the managers, conducting interviews with the candidates and follow up on the results of the manager’s interviews with the candidates。
Perform exit interviews, analyze data identifying root causes and make recommendations to reduce turnover.
Counsel managers, supervisors and/or group leads in all areas of human resources including: employee relations, performance improvement, disciplinary action, compensation, hiring and termination practices.
Perform other duties as required.


Qualifications/Skills/Abilities Minimum Requirements, indicate preferred as applicable
Formal Education BS in Business or equivalent preferred.
Experience (type & duration) 1-5 years experience with recruiting, employee relations and knowledge of compensation practices etc.
Skills Able to identify barriers/core problems that arise and apply problem-solving skills to effectively and creatively deal with moderate to complex level situations. Effective at working in team situations. Strong interpersonal, communication, listening and thinking skills. Able to demonstrate an open minded approach and the ability to think on one’s feet. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity, tight timelines, multiple priorities, and demanding customers. Capable of "hands on" approach at all levels of organization. Knowledge of Human Resources laws and regulations, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, EEOC and employment law. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database programs. Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence. Reliable and self-motivated.

Working Conditions/Travel Requirements Normal Office Environment, some travel may be required.
