职位描述：
To establish, develop, and maintain the company’s MDDR (Mobile Device & Digital Risk) and home appliance protection product range, manage local sales team and B2B customer relationships in order to meet company targets for profitable growth and retention.
? Focus on new clients from digital & home appliance industry in China, detecting future needs for the zone in regards to appliance protection solution and extended warranty. Drive business development efforts for property preservation business that is looking to grow through strategic partnerships;
? Develop long and short-term sales strategy and conduct implementation to win new accounts and execute business goals in target segments.
? Oversee the negotiation & conclusion of contracts with key distribution partners through appropriate propositions, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction, while always ensuring the business is secured at favorable rates;
? Work closely with colleagues in the underwriting, claims, and marketing teams, to ensure that agreed targets are met, and that high customer satisfaction levels are achieved;
? Through constant analysis & consultations, ensure that AGA service offering is appropriate for the market, and implement changes to business development strategies as needed to respond to changing environment;
? Work with product marketing to develop and optimize product/services initiatives in response to identified opportunities;
? Provide support for all corporate marketing & PR-related activities as required;
? Represent the company at trade shows and corporate events;
? Manage relevant reporting of team activities and financial information on the sales teams’ activities, and contribute to group reporting as required;
? Contribute sales & margin budgets with P/L responsibility, prepare annual department budgets in conjunction with senior management team;
? Manage, train, inspire, lead, and empower (where appropriate), direct reporting sales members to meet sales objectives and achieve their full potential.
Knowledge transfer internally and continuously develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
? Good understanding of China MDDR / home appliance industry, minimum 5 years’ experience in such industry in product, marketing or sales; work experience within mobile extended warranty / home insurance industry is preferable;
? University degree level education as a minimum requirement, with majors in Management or Marketing preferable. MBA is a plus;
? At least 8 years prior work experience in Marketing/Sales role with proven successes;
? Proven success record of B2B solution selling performance.
? Excellent oral and written communication in both Mandarin and English;
? High level interpersonal and analytical skills;
? Proven leadership and team management skills;
? Self-motivated person who is comfortable in working in a results based position;
