DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Understand the purchasing daily work and leading the purchasing team to complete the regular purchasing task.
2. Understand the purchasing database operation flow, and understand the status of purchasing database.
3. Follow up and review procurement statements of each branch and regional, and do conversion and analysis for the report according to the company’s requirements.
4. Understand the present purchasing situation of each branch, and give a great support to them for purchasing audit and the audit results analysis.
5. Support and establish a more advanced purchasing management system and supplier management, including supplier integration schemes.
6. Other related work task which arranged by department.
REQUIREMENTS
1. University Bachelor degree or above, major in purchasing or logistics professionals preferred, with technician work background.
2. At least 5 years relevant working experience, and have purchasing system database management or supplier integrating experiences is preferred.
3. Ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally on job progress and other overall assignments and responsibilities.
4. Ability to foresee potential situations and provide necessary initiative to assure problems handled efficiently and expediently.
5. Able to skillfully use Excel, and familiar with ERP or other relevant purchasing system.
6. Enjoying working in a fast-paced business environment and share in the excitement of growing a global enterprise business
7. Travel, and be able to work under pressure

2. 明白采购数据库操作流程,了解采购数据库现状。
3. 跟进及审查各分公司及各大区采购报表,并根据公司要求对报表进行转换和分析。
4. 了解各分公司采购现状,协助分公司进行采购审计和审计结果分析。
5. 建立和完善的采购系统及供应商管理及整合方案。
6. 本部门的其他相关工作。

1. 英语熟练,具备较好的英文沟通和写作能力;本科及以上学历,采购或物流专业者佳;有给排水、空调、暖通、电气自动化、机械等技术工作背景优先考虑;。
2. 至少5年以上相关工作经验,有采购系统数据库管理和供应商整合经验者优先考虑。
3. 在工作进度和其他任务和责任上有较强的书面及口头沟通能力。
4. 能预见到可能发生的情况,并能及时有效的主动解决问题。
5. 能熟练运用Excel,了解ERP或相关采购系统。
6. 能适应快节奏的工作环境和快速增长的全球公司业务。
7. 适应出差,并能够承受一定压力。
