OE Account Manager
Location: Shanghai
Department: Consumer OE
Report to OE Sales Director
Primary Purpose of the Position
? Contributes to the success of OE business by implementing & executing selling strategy to achieve business objectives
Main responsibilities:
? To achieve or exceed company AOP related to OE business for profitable sales volume
? Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates OE customer needs on an ongoing basis
? Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned OE customer accounts.
? To collect market intelligence info., competition activities including product, channel, pricing, promotion, organization changes and etc.
? Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of other cross functional team members.
? To coordinate contract review activities among cross-functional departments with alignment of business strategy and policy between Corporate and OE customers.
? To be actively involved in OE PCP process as window person for new OE project between Corporate and OEMs. Has authorization to deliver the project quotation with terms / conditions based on Corporate OE PCP Approval.
Requirements：
? Bachelor Degree,
? Familiar with auto industry or OE development
? Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level
? Total 5 years of working experience and preferably 3 years in auto industry.
? Good experience in Sales Techniques and Negotiation
? Good planning, interpersonal/communication skills and multi-taskek
? Fluent in both Chinese and English
? Strong analytic and research skills
? Strong account management and relation building skills
? Highly self-motivated
