POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary function of this position is to sell solutions to large accounts using various combinations of the ***'s very broad product and services portfolio (CAD/CAM products, training, consulting, services contracts...). The position also includes establishing account plans respecting Group requirements. This requires documenting potentials contributing to the growth of the company and the maintenance of its market leading position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Within a list of large automotive accounts and other accounts using technical textiles in their manufacturing processes, the Account Manager will:
? Develop Business Relationships between customers and *** in order to ensure a profitable long-term presence within the Customers' organizations.
? Develop a strong account strategy, leading to the conclusion of the sale of solutions.
? Achieve or exceed the budgeted sales objectives.
These accounts are existing or new accounts in which new opportunities are regularly identified and pursued.
On an on-going basis, Account Manager is expected to:
? Develop aggressively the business by increasing market share, creating new reference accounts and carrying out segment penetration.
? Strengthen the existing business through regular customer reviews to identify and conclude new solution opportunities.
The sales person professional attitude is expected to help maximize our markets' penetration, our service differentiation and the company image.
Activities to be specified:
- prospecting
- Organize demonstrations with pre-sales
- Proposal drafting, quotations (using Siebel)
- Negotiation
- Activity follow-up

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
? Engineering University Degree from a top Chinese University or reputable tertiary institution
? At least 8 years of experience in direct sales of high value solutions, preferably in High Technology / IT / software sectors

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
? Strong Sales and negotiation skills
? First class communication and presentation skills
? Proven ability to identify, develop and sell high-value solutions including services within existing and new accounts
? Proven success in large account management and with international accounts
? Knowledge of the Auto manufacturing will be appreciated
? Well networked in the Auto industry
? Comfortable talking to all level including top managers and leaders in organizations
? Have a winner mentality
? Goal oriented and driven by a performance based compensation structure that adequately compensates high achievers
? Capacity to handle a multitude of ongoing issues and an incisive mind to ensure focusing on priorities, both operational and business development, long and short term
? Ability to cope with constant pressure (without compromising standards) by being well organized and planning time well
? Good command of basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office) and CRM tool (Siebel, SAP...)
? Native Mandarin speaker
? Fluent in English, both spoken and written

TRAVEL:
? The position is based in Shanghai
? The position requires intensive traveling (50-60% of the time) to customer sites/Lectra offices in China

SALARY:
? Total salary: RMB XXX (60% for fixed and 40% for variable)
