Role Summary/Purpose

GoldSeal product leader is responsible for three major areas, including 1. managing the Blue Book prices, communications, documentation and processes to ensure our supply is valued properly to enable returns and ensure inventory carrying values managed 2. wing-to-wing trade-in return process of greater China from inquiry to de-installation through asset ready for refurbishment in operations 3. IB data analysis, trade-in supply OP, and trade-in strategy and program development

Essential Responsibilities

Handle wing-to-wing trade-in process from defining and understanding products and needed reserves, epop approval, deinstallation, up through returned system arrive warehouse and utilized in production. • Improve the deinstallation process to ensure retuned system’s quality. • Coordinate related resource with service and manufactory to support business to otimize utilization of all assets, certified and non-certified. • IB data analysis, government policy research and develop trade-in strategy. • Work with GoldSeal region sales manager to drive trade-in supply with clear trade-in supply OP. • Communicate with Global GoldSeal to support HK/TW/Macao deintallation process.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bancelor or above degree.• 5 years above service/marketing working experience.• Strong data analysis/pitching ability.• Be capable of handling pressure and working independently.• Excellent internal and external communication skill and problem solving skill.• Excellent team work skill, good at supporting and utilizing resources effectively.• Good English speaking and writing skill.
