· To maximize the sales of the bank's products, and to meet/exceed specific targets where appropriate;

· To hand over customer relationship properly to their CRMs;

· To provide excellent customer service to clients and make sure all enquiries and complaints are accurately and effectively resolved to the satisfaction of customers;

· To maintain a high standard of appearance of the sales location and of the sales staff;

· To be able to prepare and submit daily or weekly reports to the Head of Personal Financial Service.

· To comply with local regulation and internal procedures

· To ensure personal leave management in accordance with the bank's policy

· To keep office discipline and training discipline (ie., attendance, lateness, etc.)
