Qualcomm need a Benefits Analyst (or Sr. Analyst) in Beijing to support China C&B
The responsibilities of this position would include:
o Annual open enrollment process includes notice notification, tracking of enrollment requests, insurance premium enrollment and premium preparation
o Preparation of monthly enrollment files for insurance carriers
o Responsible for all benefit administration related matters for employees in China, leave administration, insurance inquiries, employee benefits reimbursements
o Completion of benefit surveys
o Responsible for Global Employee Health Services and day to day administration for China employees
o Creation of quarterly newsletter
o Support Expats, Acquisitions, and Miscellaneous Projects
o Additional projects as identified

Requirement
