Job Description:

1. Responsible for the built of Project team, to organize the different task between the team member of each project.

2. Define project difference steps with team, to check the development cycle with Product Engineer, to check regularly the progress of the project.

3. To make the validation of the different project stages.

4. To check and adjust the different task of project.

5. To organize and implement continuous improvement.

6. Support Sales department in technical discussion about the adjustment with the customer.

岗位描述:

1. 负责组建项目小组, 并协调小组成员的各项工作

2. 与项目组成员确定各阶段工作安排, 并对执行情况进行跟踪与监督

3. 对各阶段项目进展情况进行验证

4. 调整项目进度与工作安排

5. 组织实施持续改进计划

对销售部门提供技术支持, 协助与客户之间的项目沟通与协调工作

Requirements:

1. Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent

2. More than 5 years working experience

3. Knowledge in CADsystem (ProE, AutoCAD, Catia, UG)

4. Computer Skill ( MS Office and ERP)

5. Knowledge of PPAP and APQP

6. Fluent English and Leadership Skill

任职资格:

1. 机械工程或相关专业本科以上学历；

2. 具有同类岗位五年以上的工作经验;

3. 精通ProE, AutoCAD, Catia, UG；

4. 了解PPAP及APQP, 接受过专业培训;

5. 熟练操作办公室软件;

较好的英语说写能力及领导能力；
