岗位描述：（招聘、培训、企业文化方向）
1、制定公司的招聘计划，协调统筹各部门人员配置需求；
2、拓宽招聘渠道，定期更新网站，收集简历，完善公司业内人才库；
3、招聘工作安排，电话沟通、面试安排、面试测评、薪资谈判等，相关入职事宜沟通；
4、企业文化工作的开展与协助，制度规范的协助完善；
5、培训工作的发起与协助，课程内容编制，员工动员，培训体系建立完善；
6、企业内相关行政工作的参与协助；
7、领导交代的其它任务。
岗位要求：
1、招聘经验足，把握应试人心理，善于沟通，能够独立完成整个招聘流程环节的工作；
2、能承受一定抗压性，职业敬业度高，责任心强；
3、为人公正无私，心态豁达，与本部门人员能够平等相处，善于团队协助；
