海运进口操作 Sea Import Operation Customer Service

Main missions:

- To be CLASQUIN sea import customer service window to the clients

Key Tasks:

- Keep good relationship with clients, provide satisficed service to clients: friendly, timely & efficient solution.
通过提供给客户友好的，及时的，高效的问题解决等令人满意的服务，维护好客户关系
- Follow up SOP, tracing pre-alert, check & correct data of receiving documents to make the customs clearance done smoothly
根据标准流程进行操作，包括跟踪预报，检查并及时更正文件数据以确保通关顺利
- Tracing the shipment processing,
跟踪货物动态
- Sending arrival notice to clients in time;
及时发送到货通知
- Arrange customs clearance， and monitor its process and cargo delivery;
安排清关，监督报关及送货流程
- Coordinating related suppliers / overseas for helping clients solve problems,
协调各方供应商，海外分公司为客人问题的解决提供帮助
- Can well handle shipments under door to door service independently;
可以独立完成门到门一条龙的进口操作服务
- Reply overseas & sales inquiry for any shipment tracing;
回复海外报价及货物跟踪情况
- Check & verify the buying rate and selling rate carefully to make profitable
检查并确认买价与卖价，确保收益
- Be an AR controller, make monthly report
做好应收账款的控制， 完成月报
- Well maintain clients, be able to develop more business with clients
维护好现有客户，进一步开发好客户的其它业务

General Responsibilities:

Follows OP SOP to ensure the smoothness of cargo movement.
按照操作规范要求完成货物顺利运输需要的相关操作

Detailed Responsibilities:

1. For Ex-work shipment operation, in charge of door to door operation monitor : coordinate with overseas office for cargo organization, collection, vessel arrangement at beginning, ensure the shipments are well process.
负责进口EXW客人的门到门服务的全程监督工作: 包括进口运输前的协调及监督工作：与海外同事/代理组货， 安排船期等

2.On receiving pre-alert or pre-shipment info., initials the preparation and ensure the implementation of the operation for to-port/to-door term shipments, as per the relevant SOP.
自收到货物预报或者启运信息后，及时与相关方联络，按照相关的SOP 完成操作

3.Lead and coordinate the communication between the client and PVG coordinators, for clearance issue and delivery arrangement.
就报关和送货，负责协调机场与客户之间的相关联络。

4.Conduct the sufficient communication with the overseas and local supplier about the issue of both operation and accounting.
就操作或费用事宜，与海外以及供应商进行有效沟通

5.Verify the costs from subcontractors, as per to the agreed rate, with high cost conscious.
按合同报价确认成本，作好成本控制。

6.Ensure the data correct put into operation system.
保证系统数据正确及时录入。

7.Complete the report in line with the relevant client SOP.
按照操作要求，完成并及时提交相关报告。

8.Handle complaints and claims from customers and to co-ordinate exceptional cases with agents.
处理一般投诉、索赔和特殊意外事件。

9.Timely escalation the issue/problem to the relevant account owner/superior.
对于不能处理的事情，及时告知相关A/O，或向上级汇报。

10.Other tasks from the superior.
能完成其它临时指定事务。



Qualifications & Requirements:

Good Industry knowledge for handling procedures of air freight import
知识和技能 熟知空运进口的相关行业知识和操作程序。

Foreign Language skill Good English in both oral and written. CET 4 and above.
良好的英语口语和书写能力。英语四级及以上

College or above degree 大专及以上

Any certificate related to Customs/CIQ/IATA is in prefer
有报关/报检/IATA证书优先考虑

Above 4-5 years work experiences in forwarding industry, the background for global forwarder will be preferable
4-5年以上相关行业工作经验，跨国公司货代工作经验优先考虑
