职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Prvoide planning,coordinating && follow up business operation and maintain flow of support tickets (and SalesForce support cases)
2. Communicate with customers via email and internal support system to resolve customer issues.
3. Coordinate with Yottaa Beijing/Boston development team and track the problem resolving progress to maximize customer satisfaction.
4. Work with US Boston tier1 support team closely to operate system administration interface.
5. Working night shift or weekend and have flexible schedule.
6. With aggressive activity and interests to deal with both technical issue and non-technical complaint.
Qualfication:
1. Bachelor degree in computer science, electronic, Information and so on related technical field are preferred.
2. Strong responsibility and accountability are required. Good team communication skills are required.
3. 3~5 years experience in Internet technical support field. The related working experience on technical support is preferable.
4. Good English writing skills are mandatory. Good oral English skills are preferred.
5. Good understanding and background in internet operation. Good understanding on DNS/HTTP etc internet protocols. Good understanding on network routing/CDN are preferred.
6. Good problem determination skill.
7. Good customer communication skill and customer sense are preferred.
8. Be able to master/learn product new feature quickly.
