职位描述
A leading EU investment firm is looking for a full line supply chain background candidate who has rich expertise in both sourcing & logistics for its portfolio of companies. Candidates should have a wide range of industry experiences spanning automotive, machinery, mining, retail and franchise food.
Role and Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of significant value creation projects across the portfolio of companies, with a focus on the China portfolio and/ or functional areas involving procurement and supply chain improvements.
Work with deal teams in guiding and implementing due diligence activities, including diagnosing supply chain and procurement opportunities, quantifying potential value creation programs, highlighting potential risks.
Develop and refine tools and approaches in diagnosing and improving opportunities across business functions and industries, with a particular focus on procurement and supply chain issues.
Experience and Background
? Seasoned, senior executive with strong experience in procurement, vendor management, commercial negotiation, as well as a broader perspective over supply chain issues such as logistics, single and multi-site manufacturing strategies, etc.
? Proven track record of building and leading teams in China at developing and implementing practical initiatives, delivering substantial and sustainable performance improvement.
? Experience serving on management teams, managing P&Ls, managing cross-functional responsibilities etc.
? Experiences above will preferably have come from one or more of the following industries, in China/ Asia
o Chain restaurants
o Industrials-machinery, automotive etc.
o Mining

1. A "doer," willing and able to "roll up their sleeves" in the portfolio.
2. Strong influencing skills.
a) Ability and Passion , to engage and drive initiatives in minority ownership situations
b) Leadership and Teamwork
3. Project Management
Planning and Org. Process Flow and Task Management
4. Strong Analytical and Problem solving Skills
5. Multicultural and able to work across the region, but with native Chinese cultural skills
