职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
work closely with project team to facilitate the effective ramp-up of new project 
handle customer concerns and complaint, and follow up with corrective and preventive actions
improve customer satisfaction in quality function
participate in parts localisation and engineering change activities
develop and maintain quality control system 
implement process control and continue improvement to achieve KPI target
provide support and training to QS personnel on the quality control process
 

Key Requirements:
This role request rich experience with mechanical parts in automotive industry, also injection knowledge is highly preferred.
undergraduate degree in engineering or applied science
at least 5 years working experience with automotive company quality department like quality supervisor or quality manager
extensive experience in manufacturing and automotive quality requirements
extensive experience in high volume machining and assembly operations
excellent communications, negotiation, conflict management and problem solving skills
fluent English skills both in written and oral
