Human Resource Manager, China
Location
Springer Asia Limited, Beijing Representative Office
Reporting Line
Reports to Finance and Human Resources Director, based in Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
· Be responsible for full spectrum of local human resources functions, including
- Recruitment and selection,
- Training and development,
- Compensation and benefits,
- Employee relation activities, and
- Performance management
· Develop, implement and review local HR strategies and policies with reference to regional and global guidelines
· Plan, prepare and review documentation of company policies, rules and regulations related to employees
· Regularly review and benchmark staff compensation and benefits policies to ensure they are in compliance with the local legal and tax requirements
· Assist the Finance and Human Resources Director on manpower planning and budgeting
· Work and build up short and long term cooperation with external agencies and consultants when necessary
· To handle ad-hoc Human Resources related projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a human resources related area
· A minimum of 5 years of work experiences in human resources, 3 years of which at supervisory level
· Strong knowledge about recruitment channels and labor law
· International outlook
· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with good command of spoken and written English
· High learning agility and adaptability
· Ability to navigate and mange complex situations
· Professionalism and assertiveness
· Willingness to take initiatives; able to work independently and in team
· Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
