岗位描述：
1、评估工厂、供应商等合作事宜和服务质量，定期考察工厂情况，对加工厂合作进行评估，维护工厂关系。
2、随时掌握生产状态，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题；
3、负责购销合同、工厂档案的保留与审核，加工厂对账安排与审核，协调付款计划的安排与跟进。
4、对面辅料和成衣检测工作进行统筹安排，对跟单员的检验报告进行审核，严格控制每单产品的货期和产品质量，对较重大的售后服务投诉配合处理。
5、对产品的面辅料价格、成衣成本进行审核，确定品牌的品质和工艺标准并实施，负责产品质量控制；
6、提前对每款货品成本进行预算，并负责下单过程中比价、核算及控制；

岗位要求：
1、5年以上知名中高档男女装品牌服装生产管理经验，10年以上服装业内工作经验；
2、熟练各类别服装制作过程和工艺要求，有丰富的外协工厂资源；
3、全方位了解服装业市场成衣价格行情和品质要求；
4、精通生产管理、质量管理、面料辅采购，物流管理。具有优秀的沟通协调能力、团队协作能力、计划与执行能力；
