岗位职责

Perform responsibility of preliminary credit analysis and credit recommendation:

①Communicate with FI

②Review the collected documents

③Draft the credit recommendation.

执行信贷分析和推荐职责;与FI沟通;检查收集的文件;撰写信贷推荐.

Identify and Propose Kaizen of Credit policy/workflow to raise approval efficiency and control risk;

确认和提出信贷政策流程的改善以提高核准效率及控制风险.

Enhangce functional knowledge, positive working attitude and strive to reduce error rate

提高业务知识水平,有积极的工作态度,减少工作错误率

Knowledge/ Experience/ Qualifications

知识/经验/资格

Essential

Jobholder should have minimum 2 years experience in financial service

Understanding of captive finance business or banking business is essential

Working experience in similar position of guarantee company or local bank is valuable asset

Excellent oral and written communication skills

基本条件：

具备两年以上金融公司或银行信贷管理经验

具备对于金融业务或银行业务基本的理解能力

具有本地银行或担保公司类似职位工作经验优先考虑
