Search Technology Center Asia (STCA)
STCA was founded in year 2005 and is now starting the second “Five-Year Plan” after the merge with the Ads Platform Center in 2011. The new team has not only built up its strengths and expanded its scope, but also set a shared goal, broadened its vision, and equipped with richer resources that gives the team the confidence to scale new heights.
STCA is now focusing on the following areas: the continuous exploration of Bing search technology; the technical innovation of online advertisement services; the development of the MSN social platform; and the development of mobile search applications. Today, STCA has hundreds of excellent employees and is the largest R&D team of the Microsoft Online Service Division outside the United States.

Are you passionate about designing and building breakthrough consumer experiences? We are looking to bringing Bing search experience to end users ONLY one touch or one click away, and on devices consumers actually use everday - iPad, iPhone, Windows/Surface (Windows 8) and browser (IE/others). If so, then the new Search Technology Center Asia Bing Client team is for you. This is team has the charter bringing search to new contexts in new ways, you will work on everything from user experience design, to search feature augmentation and to defining new ways consumers interact with search.
This is a great opportunity for a versatile product and program manager with a real passion for user centric design and who thrives in a fast-paced environment and experienced in feature realization in software product. One of the great benefits is to see your work get to market more quickly; accurately measure success and then iterate and do more. We value passionate focus on our target consumers customer as well as an objectivity in examining the data and driving informed decisions.
Qualifications:
- A passion for user experiences
- Demonstrated track record on core PM competency (designing, specing, prioritization, driving features to completion)
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Have worked on and delivered end-user facing clients or apps is a plus
- Minimum 3 years work experience shipping software within a collaborative environment
- Master’s degree preferred.
